Accommodations
Bella by the Bay is a luxurious, well appointed townhome with designer touches throughout. Located on Sunset Island (one of Ocean City's best kept secrets), it accommodates up to 12 and boasts beautiful views of the Assawoman Bay. The home is designed with a nod to all things nautical and truly immerses guests in the coastal aesthetic of Maryland's Eastern Shore. The home is located in a gated community and features 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 2 half baths, plus ample living, as well as lounging space spread across 4-levels. The home is especially ideal for larger families.

Amenities
Sunset Island offers top notch amenities, exclusive to the community. There are 3 private bay beaches, seasonal indoor and outdoor pools as well as a fishing/crabbing pier and beautiful walking paths. During the summer season the local eatery and market are open for guests who prefer not to venture off the Island enclave. Within the home itself, Bella by the Bay guests can enjoy the use of beach cruiser bikes, luxury beach lounge chairs, board games, cable, wifi and many other special touches. A short stroll through the community brings you to the beautiful ocean beaches as well as a host of dining, shopping and family-friendly entertainment experiences.
Rates
Rates vary seasonally and during peak season a 7-night minimum stay is required. To view current rates and availability, please click the BOOK NOW button. Rates include 6-amenity passes and 3-parking permits.
Additional parking permits subject to availability.
Extra Amenity Passes (up to a maximum of 6 additional) may be purchased through the community if needed and subject to availability.
